How it works

Everyone at the table
Up to 6 people, each with their own allergies, the foods they avoid and the way they eat.

One dinner, a portion for each
Meals you share, with a portion sized for each person, so nobody cooks a second dinner.

Safe for the whole table
Every recipe checked against every allergy in the house. Always read labels too: we can't guarantee a recipe is free of an allergen.

Kids get meals, not diets
No calorie counts or weight goals for children. Just good food the family eats together.

One grocery list
Everything the household's week needs, added up and grouped by aisle.

Change it by asking
Tell Amigo a meal won't work this week, and the plan and the list change with it.
