These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nutramigo website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Phi Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These meal plans are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
3.2 No Guarantee
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful meal plans, we do not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or effectiveness of any meal plan for your specific needs. You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as dietary preferences or feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of submitting it. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
